Required fields

The operational minimum covers product, volumes, contract date, producer, assets, origin country and logistics route.

  • LNG: liquefaction terminal, carrier, regasification terminal.
  • Pipeline gas: entry point, transit countries and blending.
  • Oil and coal: mine/field, terminal and custody chain.

Uncertainty handling

When the chain includes blending or multi-origin trading, the file should retain the assumption, source and supplier follow-up.

  • Mark partial evidence.
  • Separate commercial supplier from physical producer.
  • Timestamp each update.
